What we do
When you call (281) 555-0142, your call is routed to an independent roofing company that serves your area and is taking emergency work. That company talks with you directly, inspects the roof, gives you the estimate and does the work. We don't send crews, set prices, or take payment from you.
How we're paid
Calling is free for homeowners. Roofing companies may pay us for referrals. That's the whole business model — and it's why we tell you plainly that we're a referral service, not a roofer.
What we don't do
- We don't perform roofing work or guarantee any contractor's work.
- We don't promise arrival times; the roofer gives you a realistic window based on conditions.
- We don't handle insurance claims or act as an adjuster.
How to vet any roofer before you sign
Texas does not require roofing contractors to hold a state-issued license, so it's on homeowners to check. Whether you found a roofer through us or anywhere else, ask for:
- Proof of general liability insurance — and workers' compensation or occupational accident coverage for the crew.
- A written estimate listing the scope, materials (brand and line), price and warranty.
- A local presence — a physical address and references from recent jobs in the Pearland area.
- Manufacturer credentials for the shingles they install, if they offer an extended warranty.
- No large upfront payment before work starts, and no offer to "cover your deductible" — Texas law prohibits it.
